    1.2 Zhundao Account (or "the Account" mentioned in this article): It is the unique identity provided by our company on the "Zhundao" platform. You can set your own password. After logging in with this Account, you can use all functions of "Zhundao" and manage all your data.
    1.3 Event: In this article, an event refers to legitimate events organized by event organizers using information published through "Zhundao", including but not limited to sports, parties, conferences, training, competitions, recruitment, exhibitions, public welfare, etc.
    1.4 Event participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"): Individuals or organizations who register and participate in activities according to the event information posted by the event organizer using the "Zhundao" function.
    1.5 Event Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"): Individuals or organizations who organize and initiate events using the relevant functions of "Zhundao".
    1.6 This Service: Refers to the whole or part of the process in which users use the "Zhundao" related functions.

    Declarations and Undertakings
    2.1 You fully understand and confirm that before using this service, you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and agree to abide by all the provisions of this agreement.
    2.2 You fully understand and agree that our company has the right to unilaterally modify the content of this agreement at any time, and announce it through public notice on this website, without further separate notification to you; if you continue to use this service after the announcement of the modification of the agreement content, it means you have fully read, understood and accepted the modified agreement content, and will also use this service in accordance with the modified agreement content; if you do not agree to the modified agreement content, you should stop using this service.
    2.3 You fully understand and undertake that when using this service, you should ensure that you have full civil capacity, legal person status or other organizations or individuals who have a legal basis for organizing activities or other businesses in mainland China; if you are overseas, the content of this agreement is not excluded by the laws of your country or region. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately stop using this service.

    Terms of Service

    Registration
    3.1 When registering for a "Zhundo" account, you should have the following basic requirements:

    Bear the personal internet access fees related to this service, such as telephone and network fees.
    Equip yourself with the necessary equipment for internet access, including personal computers, modems or other necessary internet devices.
    3.2 You should fill in necessary registration and account information according to the requirements of "Zhundo" and ensure the legality, authenticity, timeliness and validity of the information. After successful registration, if the information you provided changes, you should log in to the "Zhundo" website or app and change the relevant content in a timely manner.

    3.3 If "Zhundo" finds that the registration and account information you provided may be illegal, untrue or invalid, it has the right to delete the relevant information or cancel your account.

    3.4 You are not allowed to lend your registered account on this platform to others to use. Otherwise, you shall bear all the responsibilities arising from this and be jointly responsible with the actual user. To ensure transaction security, you should keep your username and password properly. If your negligence or poor management causes the leakage or theft of your username and password, you shall bear all losses caused by this.

    3.5 Review: All information and comments you post on "Zhundo" are subject to content review by "Zhundo".

    3.6 Information standards: The content you publish when using this service should comply with network ethics and comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You are not allowed to publish the following information on the "Zhundo" platform:

    Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
    Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, overthrowing the government, or undermining national unity;
    Harming national honor and interests;
    Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination or disrupting ethnic unity;
    Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
    Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
    Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist or inciting criminal content;
    Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
    Containing other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and regulations, local regulations or other normative documents at all levels;
    Any content that violates the intellectual property rights or legal rights of others such as copyrights and trademarks.
    3.7 If you post content that does not comply with this agreement on "Zhundo" or fail to handle user complaints in a timely manner, the company has the right to block or delete the information, take warning, and account closure measures. At the same time, the company has the right to submit relevant matters to judicial authorities for processing in accordance with the law.

    3.8 When sharing the information you posted on "Zhundo" to third-party software such as WeChat, you must also comply with WeChat's official rules, and the content should not contain any inducement to forward related content, such as phrases like "If you don't forward it, you are not Chinese", "Forwarding will get rewards", etc. View WeChat Moments Usage Regulations.

    3.9 When you post any activity, you must obtain the qualifications or eligibility to hold the activity. You shall bear the risks and responsibilities caused by the lack of corresponding qualifications or eligibility independently, and bear the losses caused to the company thereby.

    3.10 When you post any paid activity, you must have the corresponding payment license, qualifications or eligibility.     3.11 When you post any activity, you must ensure the safety of all participants during the event, including but not limited to personal safety, property safety, etc. If "Zhundo" users are harmed during their participation in the activity you host, you must compensate the participants in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and bear the losses caused to the company thereby.

    Collection
    3.12 Collection: All transactions you make on "Zhundo" authorize the company to collect transaction funds for you. At the same time, the company has the right to obtain your relevant information (including but not limited to activity information, registration participant information, activity hosting situation, account-related information, etc.) from "Zhundo".

    3.13 Account verification: When you use the collection service provided by "Zhundo", you need to provide your collection account information and personal information to "Zhundo" for identity and withdrawal qualification verification. After the authentication is passed, you can withdraw funds from your account. Including but not limited to:
    1) Your Alipay account
    2) Your bank card number and account opening information
    3) Your ID card front and back photos
    4) Company name and business license copy for enterprises
    3.14 Withdrawal application: If you meet the rules of this agreement and your account has been verified by "Zhundo", you can apply for the company to transfer the funds in your "Zhundo" account to your valid Chinese mainland bank account. The name of the bank account must be consistent with the name or name authenticated through the "Zhundo" platform.
    3.15 Withdrawal review: When you apply for a withdrawal, "Zhundo" will review and verify the activities recently published in your account. The review results include but are not limited to the following situations:
    1) Successful review: The activity is real and reliable, and there are no outstanding complaints for the account. It will be approved within 3 working days.
    2) Failed review: The activity has not been held or the on-site situation does not match the description, or there are outstanding complaints for the account. It will fail within 3 working days.
    3) Unable to review: Due to unclear activity information or other reasons that cannot be completed, "Zhundo" will investigate the authenticity of the activity within 3 working days after the end of the activity. During this period, there are no outstanding complaints or disputes for the account. "Zhundo" will approve it and complete the transfer after 3 working days. If the aforementioned activity information is unclear or other reasons result in failure to complete the review within the above specified date, the reasonable time required for review shall prevail, and this company will not make separate notifications.
    3.16 Transfer time: Except for frozen or restricted funds, the company will transfer the corresponding funds to the bank account within 3 working days after receiving the withdrawal instructions that meet the withdrawal conditions. Depending on the bank to which your account belongs, there may be differences in the arrival time. In addition, the company conducts risk inspections on withdrawal behavior, which may cause delays in withdrawals.
    3.17 Refusal to withdraw: When your withdrawal application or personal behavior violates the collection service agreement or industry rules, the company has the right to refuse your withdrawal application and inform you of the reason for refusal.
    3.18 Withdrawal failure: When the bank card information you provided is incorrect and leads to withdrawal failure, the company allows you to modify the bank card account information and will provide you with the corresponding entry in the "Zhundo" client.
    3.19 Refund: When participants in the activity request a refund from the organizer, or when the activity organized by the organizer changes and participants request a refund from the organizer, the company's staff can assist in handling according to the situation, but do not directly participate in the refund matters.
    Participation
    3.20 When you sign up, leave a message or complain on the "Zhundo" platform, your nickname should not contain misleading advertising content, such as using reward mechanisms to induce followers of public accounts, inducing adding friends, etc.
    3.21 The comments you post on the "Zhundo" platform should comply with network ethics and comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.     Pricing

    4.2 Membership expiration
    Zhundao has the right to archive the activity data of expired paid members, and retain it for three months. If the membership is not renewed during this period, Zhundao has the right to delete all data under the member account.
    4.3 Refund policy
    Zhundao provides SaaS services and does not offer refunds once the sale is made. If you are unsure whether the product is suitable for your needs, please contact customer service to apply for a free trial account. If there are any problems using the system, please contact customer service in time. Zhundao will solve the problem promptly and provide compensation equivalent to 10 times the duration of the malfunction.

    Notices and Announcements
    5.1 Release location
    Zhundao will release notices and announcements in an obvious location on the user interface.

    5.2 No separate notification
    Zhundao will not notify you separately about announcement content. Notices and announcements published on this platform are deemed to have been read and agreed upon by you.

    5.3 Interpretation rights
    Zhundao has unilateral interpretation rights for published notices and announcements.

    Disclaimer
    6.1 Liability exemption
    The company is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to profits, reputation, use, data, and other intangible losses, resulting from the following circumstances:

    The company has the right, based on unilateral judgment, including but not limited to the belief that you have violated the explicit provisions and spirit of this agreement, to suspend, interrupt or terminate the provision of all or any part of this service to you and remove your information.
    When abnormal transactions are found or there are suspicions or potential violations of laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, the company has the right to suspend or terminate the use of the account without prior notice (including but not limited to canceling transactions, adjusting accounts, and other restrictive measures on funds and pending transactions under the account), and refuse to allow you to use some or all of the functions of this service.
    If necessary, the company may terminate the provision of this service without prior notice, suspend, close or delete the account and all related information and files in your account, and return all legal funds held in the account to your bank account.

    6.2 Non-liability for system failure
    The company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the inability to use various services due to the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

    The system maintenance period announced by Zhundao during the Zhundao client downtime.
    Failure of telecommunications equipment to transmit data.
    System obstacles caused by force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc.
    Service interruption or delay caused by reasons such as hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments, website upgrades, problems with banks or third-party payment tools.

    6.3 Responsibility for loss caused by user error
    Any losses caused by your fault shall be borne by you, and the company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such faults, including but not limited to forgetting or leaking passwords, passwords being cracked by others, and other terminal devices used by you being invaded by others.
