(a) Enrollment or consumption: When you sign up for parenting, Internet, entrepreneurship, vocational training, sports and outdoors, beauty, socializing, performance exhibitions, online activities and other services on the Zhundao platform, you may need to provide contact information (name, gender, telephone number, etc.), address information, service preferences, etc.; when you purchase scenic spot tickets, performance tickets, exhibition tickets and other businesses on Zhundao, you may need to provide your real identity information (including but not limited to your ID card, military officer's card, passport, driver's license, etc. which contains your identity information such as photo, copy, number, etc.), contact information (name, gender, telephone number, etc.), email address (for confirming order information, etc.), personal photos (for face recognition, etc.), companion information, emergency contact information, etc.

(b) Information release: When you actively publish and display content to Zhundao platform users, we will collect the information you publish and display your content, etc. If you choose to anonymously publish evaluation information, we will not display your nickname or avatar. You can also authorize Zhundao to access your camera, photos, and microphone by actively uploading pictures, videos, etc., so that you can publish content through taking pictures, shooting videos, uploading photos or videos, etc. When you need to turn off this function, most mobile devices will support your request, please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer for specific methods.

(c) Payment: When you pay on Zhundao, you can choose the payment service provided by third-party payment institutions (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.). The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your Zhundao order information and reconciliation information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete payment.

(d) Customer Service: When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication records between you and the customer service, and use your account information to verify your identity; when you need us to provide customer service related to your order, we may query your related order information to give you appropriate help and processing; when you need customer service to assist you in modifying relevant information, you may also need to provide other information outside of the above information to complete the modification.

In order to comply with legal requirements and meet the basic requirements of providing services, ensuring the security of your account and system operation, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:

Log information. When you use the products or services we provide, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, date and time of access, and records of web pages requested by you.

Location information. In order to facilitate your discovery of service information nearby, we will provide services (LBS) based on your geographic location. Based on your specific permissions in software installation and use, we may receive and record the relevant device information you use during the process of accepting our services (IMEI, MEID, IMSI, hardware device number, Android ID, MAC address, network status and information, software version number, WIFI status, etc.), and we may associate your device information with your account.
